• Consists of two parts made of foam material, vinyl coated, that applies onto a base with straps in order to fit on different types of stretchers.
• Usually used on the Spinal Board Stretcher for immobilization of patient's head and permits the transportation of the patient for long and inaccessible distances.
• Finally, supports natural the head of the injured, avoiding as much as possible the additional pressure on the skull.
